This is the A La Carte LIVE SECTION ONE three-day segment of the CSMA program. May be taken after all Online Pre-Course Bundle 1 courses have been completed. Yes, students may also preemptively purchase and complete the Online Pre-course Bundle 2 if they wish prior to this course. After this live section is complete, then students may purchase and complete A La Carte Online Pre-Course Bundle 2, and sign up/take the A La Carte LIVE SECTION TWO section to get their full CSMS certificate.

This A La Carte Section 1 Includes four live courses; Special Box with Course Materials and prizes; jogging excursion; morning Sports Stretching; morning Correctives Exercise Class; morning Stick Mobility class; and great sports massage comradery!

• Finish our online A La Carte Section 1 pre-course work
• Bring laptop computer or tablet
• Sports clothes and water bottles to training
• Must be paid in full prior to start date

REFUNDS:

• 100% of the amount refund within 7 days of purchase (if purchased before 46 days of Live section 1 start date)
• 50% of the amount refund before 45 days of Live Section 1 start date

Day 1:

7:30am-8:00am Registration

8am-9am Welcome/intros/curriculum intro/box reveal

9:00am-5:00pm Intro to Sports Mechanics and Massage

Receive SafeSport Certificate and course certificate once course exam is complete

Day 2:

8:00am optional activity: morning Stick Mobility (up to 5 participants)

9:00am-12:00pm Basic Sports Med (with tour to sports facility and cryotherapy)

12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch  1:00pm-4:00pm Sports Injuries and Soft Tissue Assessments  5:00pm optional activity: afternoon Stick Mobility (up to 5 participants)

Receive course certificates once course exams are complete at end of day

Day 3:

8:00am optional activity: morning Stick Mobility (up to 5 participants)

9:00am-6:00pm Intro to Manual Therapy Tools (lunch in-between)

Receive course certificates once course exams are complete at end of day

Refunds or cancellations need written notice 45 days prior to event, and will be reimbursed at 50% of event cost. Rollover to next event is an option!
