Designed with the Athletic Trainer in Mind

Manual therapy can be very nuanced, and working with athletes adds an even greater area of focus and understanding.

What better way to work with soft tissue therapy than directly from highly experienced, sports massage therapists who use this every day in their high paced, results-oriented, background?

The CSMA program is designed to take manual therapy to a whole new level: more targeted, more efficient, and more effective.

We teach proven strategies that maximize results in limited time, so you can deliver faster recovery and better outcomes even in a busy athletic training room.

Whether you learned your soft tissue techniques from mentors, school, or experience, this program bridges that knowledge into a refined, systemized approach that supports performance, injury prevention, and movement optimization.

A BOC-approved program, getting your CSMS credential is a 24 hr pre-work, then a six-day live hands-on intensive training, practicing on local athletes at the end of it! Learn how to work with the nervous system, how to avoid using your thumbs, when/why to incorporate stretching, what to do at game-time when it matters most, and effective movements that can be done in short amounts of time with those working with high volumes of people.

Our instructors have decades of knowledge targeted in this field, and have a passion to teach proven techniques used on athletes of all levels.  Come check out our upcoming week-long intensives on our CSMS schedule, and we look forward seeing you soon!
